I will reject NSFW ideas of any kind. This is based on my own discretion.

I take commissions through Artconomy and Ko-Fi.
You don't need an account to send me a form!

Please note that payment over Ko-Fi is instant so make sure you have money spare beforehand!

Please take the appropriate amount of time to fill in all the necessary information.

Please try to be as descriptive as possible with what you’d like me to do. I don’t work well with vague details but I will try to ask questions as well if I need more information.

I will not accept forms that are incomplete or ask me to contact you for further details.

I’m a visual learner so I have a much easier time understanding visual explanations, showing me images to convey what you want is greatly encouraged!

I won't accept forms that use AI art as reference.

I may turn down your ideas if I feel I can't adequately deliver on them or if they make me uncomfortable for reasons not covered here.

I don’t do business through PM’s/Notes/Discord/Skype/Telegram etc, I reserve them for personal use only!

If clients are unable to send me commission info, my slots are full or I’m closed for my own reasons. Please don’t send me an email asking for a commission if this is the case!

Don’t use my business email to send me ‘hi’ messages because I will delete them, I made it for a reason.

I take full costs upfront before starting any work.
I’ll always discuss and explain costs to you before sending invoices!

I'm UK-based so my prices are set to make up for the loss created by currency conversion and fees taken by the payment processors.

If you have any difficulties paying invoices on Artconomy/you need to make a split payment I will send an invoice over Paypal!

I won’t send an invoice until I’m ready to start working but please make sure you have money ready ahead of time!

Quoted prices are non-negotiable, don't try to pay me less than what I ask from you.

I won’t accept payments in cryptocurrencies and do not support the use of NFT’s.

I keep a list of work here on my website to show all currently standing work due/done. A public queue can also be found on Artconomy.

I prioritize work by complexity. Your place on the list isn’t a guarantee your work will be done faster.

I send progress of work to clients in stages.

Rough (25%) > Line art (50%) > Coloured (75%) > Finalized (100%)

This will differ piece to piece, but percentage is used all the same.

Feel free to ask me about my present progress at any time, I’ll always show you what I’ve got done!

The one exception is surprise commissions in order to keep pieces a surprise, but progress is still logged on my website's commission queue by percentage.

Rough work will be redone accordingly for free, but in some cases it may be necessary to charge for an entire redo of the piece.

Once past the rough stages, I cannot offer complete redos of a piece, so please be sure you're satisfied with the rough or I will have to charge accordingly.

Moderate and major changes past the rough stage are very hard to do compared to rough stages so these will be charged case by case as it's impossible to set a single standard price in these circumstances.

Simple changes such as adding text or adjusting colours on digital pieces will still be done for free as these are easy for me to do.

These changes cannot be made as easily with traditional works but I will work to try and correct mistakes where possible.

The final piece is considered finished when I have received word from you that you're satisfied.

I reserve the right to cancel at any time for whatever reason is given.

Refunds will be provided to clients based on how much work was completed before cancellation.

Clients are allowed to repost commissions but please link back to me! This helps me a lot to keep my business going!
If you wish to be kept anonymous when a piece is posted online please be sure to inform me!

Please specify if you want your piece not posted on the internet at all. I charge +40% of the overall piece to offset the loss of the growth of my business.

Credit me as Cyat on FurAffinity or @kittercyat on Twitter so people know where to find me!

Please don't take credit for my work (IE don't claim you were the one who created it).

If I’ve forgotten to post your commission, please tell me and I will as soon as possible!
